Description

The formation of a weekend villa in the suburbs is due to the developmental consequences of Tehran which has made the area of ​​"Rudbar Qasran" to be one of these areas. Due to the economic constraints on land supply and the cost of utilization throughout the year, this project is intended as an independent residential project by the employer.

The main idea behind the project was to create private villas with independent yard and green space, which while maximizing the project's performance, could provide maximum connectivity with the surrounding nature both visually and in terms of elevated green space. The main pattern was based on the interpretation of traditional housing concepts and the emphasis on the role and function of the yard as a communication component, as well as providing vision and light to the interior with respect to the aristocracy.
