Description

The project was in the corner of the factory. Our demand was achieving an appropriate office to startup pharmaceutical Accelerator company that their focus on industrial producing. After analyzing the project, our goals released:

1) Revival the location of where the buildings are and defining of the “entrance” as a detachment and attachment space.

2) To reaching the space for social interaction with using entrance masses and landscape to understand the concept of light and shadow and redefine the stairs.

3) Materialization between the connection of in and out of the project and making feeling of continuity in understanding of the space while user comprehend the unity of form and rush material.

4) Generation of the nurture of the functional needing of the project and intermingling the feeling of the atmosphere of the space with reality of an industrial project with traction and dilatation.

5) Making different experience to absorb user for realizing the material, performance and proportions.

6) Companionship conflict between in and out of the project in the actual location of layout, using dual things like old and new, light and shadow to make a poetically atmosphere for space.

It was necessary to extend the area of the project and exposing the ceiling it makes that we could make a mezzanine. Then we added two cubes that they are consoled in the space. This design made a space for meetings. Functional spaces like w.c, server room…., hide under this console. We cross the stairs and go through a deformed cube. This makes a value for our space that we made. Based on the goal of design, entrance cube and landscape that located near this place in combination with stairs, they define the entrance. The cedar that located in concrete cube, water that located near entrance, make a poetically atmosphere for space at the entrance.
