Behrouz Pezeshki was born in 1926 (1305), graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Tehran in 1957 (1336). He continued his education in the field of urban planning in the Netherlands and England and in Australia (urban management course). He received Ph.D in urban planning from the University of Tehran. Behrouz Pezeshki as one of the first engineers and technical managers of the Bank Sakhtemani and then the Housing Organization, was one of the initiators of high-rise complexes (Behjatabad complex and Saei Park apartments) and planned settlements (Narmak and Naziabad) in Tehran.
