Description

"Ario Choob" administrational show-room's project, which is a show-room for imported lumbering machines, is located in the industrial town of "Behsazi Sanaye Choob". Constructions in this industrial town are built from prefabricated concrete panels. Each block is divided into four parts, each with the height of 12 meters. Unlike its industrial function, this town looks like a garden and the street systems are constructed carefully in order to save the trees from any damage.

The project was referred to us when it was under construction. The whole project had the same two-level type. As we spoke to the client, we detected the project's needs and we changed this typology, which resulted in changing the numbers and levels of the floors and the location of the administrational part. The project contains of two main parts. When ordered, lumbering machines should be checked from higher levels (Diagram no.3), so the circulation scenario from manager's office on the administration's 3rd floor to different parts, takes place through bridges which make a three-dimensional full flow to different floors, and finally reaches the sales rooms on the ground floor.
