Description

The client who has the 500 square meters`s land came to us and proposed an inexpensive design project that would eventually be demolished after 10 years. The client's need for this project was a simple residential duplex unit that could be separated with their daughter in the future, with the upper floor assigned to her child. The client interested in green space give us the opportunity to increase the open-air share of the project.

In addition to the two-story home, a central duplex courtyard improved the mood of the project.  These two courtyards have created a good neighborhood for father and daughter through a narrow, intimate open space. The independence of the father and his daughter, as well as their unity, have been taken into consideration. The different small green courtyards of the project have also provided desirable views in the small spaces such as the parent's bedroom and its bathroom.
