Description

The building was built for Dr. Sirous Davarpanah, the Architect's brother between 1969- 1974(5).
2 floors of its lowest floors, was used to Doctor's Laboratory and other ones are residential units. Site of the building is on the northern direction and according to the relatively site's low width, the units were built in two parts, north and south. Despite the statute for escape stairs on Mid-high residential buildings during those years, escape stairs with separate structure was placed on the south side of the building. cubic volumes formation is the project's unique feature.
