BIOGRAPHY
Bahram Shokouhian was born in Paris 1969, received his M.Arch degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Tehran University. He has been the principal architect of Padiav Parth Architectural Group since 2000. Apart from having jury commended projects in five consecutive years of the Grand Memar award he has received the award twice for 3rd and 4th placed projects .Two of his projects have been chosen as 4th and 5th place in the first annual interior design award of Iran 2008.
Shokouhian has been a active member of the cultural section of the Iranian Architects Society .He is also a founding member of CineArch,a group dedicated to advancing architectural awareness and culture through film and organizing discussions about architecture and design.
He also teaches architectural design at Azad University and recently has undertaken the compilation of the “Ten Architects” series of books. His work has been published in almost all of Iran’s architectural magazines and quarterlies. He has designed numerous projects such as the Popli Khalatbari Vocational School, Alborz Gold Market, N.I.O.C. Multi-Purpose Hall in Mahmoudabad, six Automobile Test and Diagnosis Centers in Tehran and has collaborated on the Iranian embassy in Berlin , Tehran Mall and Borj Fars 5 star hotel in Shiraz.
